Had a flat tire in Florence, 25 miles away on a Sunday, so things closed. My ex would not help me except to tell me to fill it and drive home on it. I found a gas station that had air, filled in during a hailstorm, and very carefully drove home. I took care of it myself. I put my big girl panties on, and handled a scary situation.
Teaches me I can make it my myself. I can rely upon myself to take care of situations. I can trust my judgement.

Going to the stores this morning and buying a few things. The fact that there is so much merchandise available to me, even if I do not buy nor am I interested, still tells me I am blessed in so many ways. The fact that I have choices and opportunities when others do not.
Makes me very grateful.

They texted me and apologized for not having texted in a while. It made me feel heard, and I was glad that they were ok and open about their past struggles.
It made me feel needed, and it warmed my heart as a friend.

I cooked dinner for Mikey and me, and then we went and saw Antman. We had a great night.
It was a terrific night. We had a good time. And it was cute.

This person thanked me for staying calm during turbulence on a flight as it helped her to manager her emotions.
Very happy that I had a positive impact on someone and would’ve had no clue about it if she didn’t say anything.

2/23/23 My friend hung out with me at track practice and talked with me about my family situation.
She made me feel so much better and feel lighter after letting my emotions out.

2/22/23 My friend and I worked together in math class and completed our assignments.
She helped make the class so much more enjoyable and made the math assignment make sense.

I feel grateful for my mom yesterday because she had dinner yesterday. she made sure we all were fed.
This action benefited me because she still helped us kids and made sure were all fed and well taken care of.

I got my stuff in from shein, which are clothing brands and they all fit me including the shoes.
This benefits me because i can use the bathingsuits or my trip and do the trend with my boyfriend with the shoes.

I got frustrated at my game last night and ran to the bathroom, my friend noticed me and then came into the bathroom to comfort me.
It helped calm me down and kept my cool for the rest of the game

I went to the dentist yesterday and they said i have clean teeth and I will be able to get braces.
This will benefit me because I get to have straight teeth later on in my life.
