I feel grateful for Emiliana Simon-Thomas and Dacher Keltner for the great material and the course of the science of Happiness.
My life as changed. In other words, I see more things which I don't see before. My Life became more meaningful.
I learned so many things that will help me to change my habits and introduce more positive things to my life, to my family and to workplace.
More knowledge about the brain neuroplasticity, the impact of the learned exercises made me happier and more optimistic.
Now on daily basis I am enjoying the savoring walk one of the best practices I have learned.
Thanks again and I'm keen now to register for the Workplace Happiness course.

Walking down the stairway this morning, the sky had stunning pink and purple hues as the Sun was rising, I called my wife to join me, and she did, and we watched the beauty together for a quick moment.
It gave me a very good start to the day, just a very quick, easy, and free tender moment between us, when we're so often stressed and ready to argue with each other.
