I am very grateful that now I am sleeping well because before I had a lot of insomnia and it was hard for me to sleep
this benefits me for my day because now I don't feel tired

They gave me advice about how I should handle my current situation with my relationship and assured me that ill get through it and everything will eventually ease off and return back to normal.
It showed me that I have a truly caring friend that cares for me and wants to make sure that I'm okay. It made me feel a lot better and they also gave me a hug.

I was going to go to work and my sister offered to go in an Uber with her that dropped her off near my job.
This made it so I didn't have to walk to work add that to the fact it was a humid day it would have been worse for me.

The Asu shuttle driver brought us to the ASU downtown campus safely. There was a lot of traffic
I thanked the driver for the ride. She smiled and told me to have a nice day. It made me feel good to thank her and for her response.

Today I am grateful for rest! My class got canceled and I was not scheduled to work today! I needed to rest and this was the perfect day for that!

I enjoy going to the gym every day, when I can. Today I am feeling grateful for my ability to workout, and move my body. I have an old high school friend who got in a car accident in 6th grade and is paralyzed from the knees down for the rest of her life. She is truly amazing. She serves as a reminder for me to never take my ability to walk, run, and lift weights for granted.
This benefited me because when I am feeling too lazy to workout, I remember there are people who would die to be able to workout.
